3. Presence at the College and Payment of the Balance Fee

- These colleges will then be informed of the admission summary of the various candidates in NUMS.
- Applicants must join their respective colleges at a date and time provided by NUMS.
- The College will brief them on the balance that must be paid and the formalities they must undergo.
- All certification documents must be attached to the application and submission. They must be originals; certified true copies must also be attached to the application.

- Marks in HSSC or its equivalent Examination

5. PM&DC Regulation Compliance
In the case of NUMS admission, any previous admission to other medical/dental colleges must be mentioned. Candidates must also cancel their prior admissions and submit a written cancellation notice to both NUMS and PM&DC.
