Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for migration, students must meet the following criteria:
- Examination Clearance: You must have cleared your first annual examination.
- Year of Study: Migration is allowed only in the 2nd and 3rd years. No migrations are permitted in the 1st or final years.
Merit Calculation
Migration will be based on a merit-cum-preferences system. Here’s how it works:
- Priority: Candidates with higher merit within the pool of applicants will be prioritized.
- Equal Marks: In cases where applicants have equal marks, F.Sc marks will be considered, and if still tied, matriculation marks will be taken into account.

- Vacant Seats: The number of vacant seats will be displayed on the PHF Portal.
- Application Requirements: Students must apply via the portal and provide a No Dues Certificate and No Enquiry Certificate from their current principal at the College of Nursing.
- One-Time Migration: Only one migration is allowed during the 4-year training period.
- Batch and Session: Students from morning or evening batches cannot switch their batches. Similarly, the session of the candidate will remain the same.
- Examination System: Students can only migrate within the same examination system (annual to annual or modular to modular).
- Merit Competition: Students applying for vacant seats at the College of Nursing will compete based on their merit.
