General Manager Production/Asset Operations
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including at least 15 years in production and engineering roles.
• At least 8 years of experience in management positions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reporting directly to the COO, the General Manager will oversee both operated and partner-operated assets.
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient and safe operations, optimizing production while managing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee annual business planning and budgeting.
• Develop policies and formulate robust functional strategies aligned with the company’s vision and mission.
Manager/Senior Manager Drilling & Completions Engineering
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 18 years of experience in drilling and interventions operations, with a preference for 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in organizational leadership within a reputable E&P or service company is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Head of Development, this role requires close coordination with the Exploration and other departments.
• Plan and execute drilling operations and workover activities.
• Manage well completions, testing, interventions, stimulation, and design wellhead surface facilities for all PPL discoveries.
