According to the Federal Public Service Commission, FPSC announced the expected dates of the examination for the induction of Provincial Management Services (PMS) and Provincial Civil Services (PCS) into the Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS). These exams are from 23-09-2024 to 24-09-2024 in Islamabad. Below is a step-by-step guide to what you should know and how to proceed.

Eligibility Criteria

Service Requirements:
• Only the candidates who are officers of PMS or PCS can apply for the post, and persons appointed in executive and secretariat services of the provinces, AJK management group and secretariat group, and district and office management services of Gilgit-Baltistan are also eligible.
• The prerequisite requirements to apply for the positions include: candidates must have served three months in BPS-17 or above and not less than 12 years’ service in BPS-17 or above in a cadre post for at least five years.
• Now, it can compete for a regular place on the BPS-19 scale.
Performance Requirements:
• Minimum reduction in white blood cell count of seventy-five percent.
• Minimum three “Very good” PERs in the last five years without any “Average” PERs.
• No penalties, discipline, or disciplinary actions, continuing inquiries, and trials under any rule or criminal proceedings during the five years preceding the date of this disclosure.
• When the candidate has sourced the offer by themselves, use a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Application Process
Examination Fee:
The application fee for the exam is Rs. 2200/- (non-refundable) to be deposited in the National Bank of Pakistan for Account “C-02101-Organs of State, FPSC Exam Fee”. The blank Treasury Challan (T. R. 6) can be downloaded from the Pakistani FPSC website.
Submission of Application:
Applicants interested in the job must submit their application online from July 7, 2024 to July 22, 2024.
After submission of the online application, the candidates shall attach and send to the FPSC Headquarters, Islamabad, a hard copy of the Bio Data Form duly signed and all mandatory documents within 15 days from closing.
