Fellowship Focus: Specialization in Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary & Liver Transplant Surgery.
Eligibility: Candidates must have an FCPS/MS degree in General Surgery.
Required Documents:
Academic Credentials:
MBBS degree and detailed marks sheets from all professional exams.
FCPS Part-II passing certificate/result in General Surgery.
Professional Registration: Valid PM&DC/PMC permanent registration certificate.
Training Verification: House job certificate with specific dates from the concerned Medical Superintendent or Administrator.
Additional Proofs:
Copies of publications, if any, from PM&DC/PMC-approved journals, PubMed Indexed journals, or HEC-approved journals.
Domicile certificate.
Identification: CNIC and three passport-size photographs, duly attested on the back.
Equivalency Certificate: For those with foreign qualifications, an HEC/PMDC/PMC equivalency certificate is required.

Fee:
A processing fee of Rs. 2,000 must be submitted via Intra Bank Transaction (IBT) to the account of Deputy Dean, SZFPGMI, Lahore (Account No. 17073154820902, National Bank of Pakistan, Shaikh Zayed Hospital branch).
Attach the IBT receipt with your application.
